Headaches

This is a research study on the quality of life for patients who suffer from migraine headaches.

Volunteers should be at least 18 years old who have had no change in migraine medication(s) for 30 days prior to study and have not received any investigational drug 30 days prior to this study.

Chronic Back Pain

The purpose of this study is to assess the acute and chronic effectiveness of the Advanced Bionics Precision(TM) Spinal Cord Stimulation System in subjects with failed back surgery syndrome and associated low back axial pain.

Candidates at least 18-years-old who have chronic pain secondary to surgical spine procedure or intractable low back pain with or without leg pain for at least 3 months and are not responding to less invasive clinical procedures may be eligible.

The research site is in Bloomington, Ill.

Endometriosis

This clinical trial will evaluate two strengths of an investigational oral pill treating endometriosis.

Women between 18 and 49 years of age who have been surgically diagnosed with endometriosis within the past 5 years and are currently experiencing pelvic pain and/or menstrual pain related to endometriosis may qualify.

Participants must not have been pregnant within the past year or currently breast-feeding an infant.

Research sites are in Florida, Utah, Virginia and California.
